Oligophytum® is the first range of trace elements that comes in the form of easily assimilated microtablets to be dissolved under the tongue (granules). How to use:
Take preferably on an empty stomach: 5 microtablets in the morning and 5 before dinner. Simply empty the microtablets from the clear stopper directly into the mouth, under the tongue.
