Plums, apples, and kiwis are three popular fruits for their high fiber content. Fructooligosaccharides have also been added. Thanks to their tamarind content, they help improve intestinal transit.

How to use

From 3 years old.
Take 20 ml, two tablespoons in a single dose per day or you can divide it into two doses, one 10 ml spoonful before lunch and another 10 ml spoonful before dinner.
It can be taken alone or dissolved in some other liquid.
