Anise, Pumpkin and Gentian are highly valued plants.

Anise is a herb native to southwestern Asia and the eastern Mediterranean basin. Its seeds are used as a condiment in food for bakery and confectionery, in the preparation of liqueurs, etc. All vegetable parts of the young plant are edible.

Pumpkin is native to North America. It is a creeping plant that can reach 10 meters in length. Rich in minerals, especially Potassium, Vitamin C and β-Carotene.

The Gentian is a species native to the mountains of central and southern Europe. It is a perennial plant, which can reach two meters in height, with broad lanceolate to elliptic leaves 10-30 cm long and 4-12 cm wide.

How to use

From 3 years.
Take 20 ml, two tablespoons in a single dose a day or it can be divided into two doses, a 10 ml tablespoon before lunch and another 10 ml tablespoon before dinner.
It can be taken alone or dissolved in some other liquid.
