Applied with a massage, it tones the body and promotes the rapid action of other essential oils it can be used with.

As a culinary ingredient, its exquisite hazelnut flavor is highly appreciated as a garnish for some desserts and diet dishes.


Dosage:

- 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.

- Suitable for aromatic skin massage, ideal as a carrier for essential oils.
- It is used for the care of sensitive or dehydrated skin.
- Penetrates easily.

- Massage (oil): Hazelnut essential oil is perfect for full-body massages. To create a customized body massage oil, use a maximum of 8 drops of the desired essential oil per 10 ml of hazelnut essential oil.
