Dermaloe MED is a non-greasy gel, with an Aloe vera extract specially selected for its acemannan and panthenol content, for the healing of wounds (including post-operative wounds), cuts, abrasions, skin irritations, cracks caused by cold, sunburn, first and second degree burns, pressure ulcers (I-IV) and in all cases of delayed healing.
- It forms a film that protects the injury from the external environment (air, microorganisms and pollutants) and hydrates it, promoting the natural healing process.
- Non-staining and contains no perfume or alcohol.
